South Maple Street offers furnished room rentals with custom lease lengths. Leases start with a minimum of one month and go up to 12 months with the option of rolling into a month-to-month agreement for approved applicants.

• Special rates are available to active JBU students and recent graduates (young professionals)

• Rent includes free parking on the premises for one vehicle, unlimited high-speed internet, cleaning supplies, streaming services, and the use of the common spaces. Common spaces include the loft TV room, lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, mudroom, full upstairs bathroom, and half bath downstairs.

• Furnished rooms feature a built-in desk, a large walk-in closet with shelf and clothes rail, a mini fridge with freezer, a queen-size memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, and space heater as well as bed linens and towels (if needed).
