Event Services

  • If you aren’t looking for a full-service bartender or a fancy set-up, but still want the benefit of having quality craft beverages available to your guests; allow South Maple Street Cocktails to make customized batch beverages for you! Batch beverage service includes one to two customized cocktails or mocktails made fresh on the day of delivery in a batched style and delivered to you within two hours of the event's start time.

    South Maple Street uses the highest quality and freshest ingredients available as well as top-shelf spirits. The following is a list of items included in the Batch Beverage Service package.

    • Batched beverages in 32oz deli containers, labeled and ready to store in the fridge, freezer, or ice chest.

    • Each serving will include a minimum of the industry standard 1.5 - 2 ounces of premium/top-shelf spirit or liqueur, or a reasonable combination of spirit, liqueur, and wine.

    • Appropriate garnishes

Self-Serve Beverage Station service includes one to two customized cocktails or mocktails made fresh on the day of the event in a batched style and delivered to the event site within two hours of the event's start time.

    South Maple Street uses the highest quality and freshest ingredients available as well as top-shelf spirits. The following is a list of items included in the Batch Beverage Service package.

    • Batched beverages in applicable dispensers. Each serving will include a minimum of the industry standard 1.5 - 2 ounces of premium/top-shelf spirit or liqueur, or a reasonable combination of spirit, liqueur, and wine with appropriate garnishes

    • Framed cocktail menu and instructions on how to self-serve the cocktails Ice bucket and scoop (if applicable)

    • Ice chest filled with ice (if applicable)

    • Serving table and linen (if required)

    • Disposable acrylic cups, napkins, and straws

  • Allow us to manage the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for your event from start to finish. We use the freshest ingredients available and high-quality spirits. We can suggest cocktails based on your event type and the guests who will be attending or we can create custom cocktails for your event.     The full-service bar includes

    • up to 4 hours of bartending service

    • bar set-up and tear-down

    • bartending tools and equipment

    • fresh fruit juices

    • applicable garnishes

    • acrylic cups

    • ice

    • custom framed bar menu (see below for bar menu examples)

    Package One

    • The service of beer, wine, and seltzers

    Package Two

    • The service of non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, seltzers, and two custom cocktails

    Package Three

    • The service of non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, seltzers, and three custom Cocktails

    Quotes on bar packages are available upon request. Information needed to quote a bar package are

    • the date and time of the event

    • the location of the venue

    • the number of guests (the number of 21+ AND underage guests)

    • the duration of the service (minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4)

    Please Note : Arkansas Liquor Laws prohibit caterers from purchasing alcohol for events. The event host is required to arrange the purchase and delivery of alcohol to the event location as well as desired non-alcoholic beverages and mixers outside of the fresh juices. SMS will provide a custom shop list and recommended quantities.

  • Batch Beverage Service

    Batched beverages start at $12 per serving. The order minimum within Siloam Springs is $100 and the order minimum outside of Siloam Springs is $200. Reach out for a customized quote!

    High EndSelf Serve Station

    High-End Self-Serve Stations start at $15 per serving. The order minimum within Siloam Springs is $300 and the order minimum outside of Siloam Springs is $400. Reach out for a customized quote!

    Full-Service Bartending

    Assume $14 per guest, per hour of your event, max of 4 hours of service. Example: 100 guests for 4 hours of service would be 100 guests X $14 each = $1,400 and $1,400 X 4 hours of service = $5,600

    The contract minimum within Siloam Springs is $1,000 and the contract minimum outside of Siloam Springs is $1,500 and $2,000 depending on the distance.

    The above price includes a pre-event tasting for up to 4 people, a custom cocktail, beer, and wine menu including fresh hand-pressed juices and fresh or dried garnishes, two professional bartenders, one cocktail bar, and one beer/wine bar, and liquor/beer/wine purchase recommendations. Please note that the above number is a base figure and includes a rough estimate of alcohol, gratuity, and travel fees.

    Where do these numbers come from?

    The above per-serving numbers come from the average price of a craft-style cocktail in the NW Arkansas area ($11 - $16 per serving) and factors in time spent planning, shopping, and preparing as well as travel, tools, set-up/tear-down, and staff.
